Let’s try to make homemade Chicken Nuggets today!


But we don’t have minced chicken meat.


We can make it with chicken breast meat!
It’s easier to make chicken nuggets if we had minced chicken.

But we can use chicken breast meat♪


Let’s start making then!


( 4 servings )

★Oil ▶︎as needed ( to fry )
★Chicken breast meat ▶︎600g
★☆Egg ▶︎1
★☆Milk ▶︎1 tablespoon
★☆Flour ( or all purpose Flour ) ▶︎2 tablespoons
★☆Salt ▶︎1 teaspoon
★☆Chicken flavour bouillon ▶︎1 teaspoon
★☆Garlic ▶︎a half piece of freshly-grated one
★☆Pepper ▶︎1/3 teaspoon
★Corn starch or Potato starch ▶︎as needed ( to cover the chicken nuggets )

How to make

① Thin slice the chicken breast meat first.
And then chop it well and make minced chicken meat.

② Put ① and ★☆ ingredients ( egg, milk, flour, salt, chicken flavour bouillon, pepper, grated garlic ) in a bowl and mix them very well, with spoon or hand.

③ Put oil in frying pan ( about 2cm from the bottom ) and heat it on medium heat.

④ Take up some meat of ② and make the chicken nuggets form with your hands.

Cover it with corn starch or potato starch.
Try not to put too much♪

⑤ Deep-fry ④.
When the both sides are cooked until brown, It’s ready to serve!!


This chicken nuggets have some taste already so it’s delicious without any sauce.

But if you want other flavour, ketchup will go well with this chicken nuggets.

Or you can put Cheese sauce!
