★Ground beef ▶︎100g
★Salt ▶︎1/2 teaspoon
★Pepper ▶︎a little
★☆Flour ▶︎2 tablespoons
★☆Water ▶︎2 tablespoons
★Bread crumbs ▶︎4 ~ 6 tablespoons
★Oil for fry ▶︎as needed
How to make
① Boil the potato until it gets soft. About 20 ~ 25 minutes.
② Peel the potato skin and smash it before its get cold.
③ Chop the onion and carrot into small pieces and heat it in microwave for 1 ~ 2 minutes.
④ Cook the ground beef in frying pan until it change color, add onion and carrot of ④, and stir fry until it becomes wilted.
⑤ Season ④ with salt and pepper.
⑥ Mix potato of ② and ⑤. Check the taste and if you think it needs some more salt and pepper, put some more.
⑦ Divide ⑥ into 6 ~ 8 pieces and make oval patties.
⑧ Make ⑦ rest in refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
⑨ Put ★☆ ingredients ( flour, egg, water ) in plastic container and mix them.
⑩ Put oil in frying pan, 2 ~ 3 cm from the bottom of pan, and heat it over medium to hight heat.
⑪ Put ⑧ in batter of ⑨, and then coat it with bread crumbs.
⑫ When the oil get hot enough, put ⑪ in frying pan.
Deep-fry until bottom side golden brown.
⑬ Trun over and deep-fry the other side until golden brown.
