This is soft taste soup.


I think this soup is good when you catch a cold and you have no appetite.
Of course this soup is good for one of the dish of breakfast, lunch or dinner♪
Let’s take a look at how to make it now!


( 2 servings )

★Potato ▶︎1
★Onion ▶︎1/2
★Water ▶︎200 ml ( about 7 fl oz )
★Milk ▶︎400 ml ( about 13.5 fl oz )
A cube of powdered cooking stock ▶︎1
★Butter ▶︎1 teaspoon
★Salt and pepper ▶︎a little ( to taste )
★Sugar ▶︎a little ( to adjust the taste : about 1/3 teaspoon )
☆★Cooked rice( if you have ) ▶︎1 ~ 2 tablespoons

I recommend chicken flavour one but beef flavour one is also ok.
About cooked rice, try to add in this soup if you have leftover rice!
The rice will make your soup more mild and creamy!

How to make

① Skin potato and cut it into one-bite size and put them in water as soon as you finish cutting.
Slice onion thinly.

② Drain off the water from the potato, and put the potato, onion and 200 ml of water in soup pod.
If you have cooked rice, put it here!
Simmer it with high heat until boiling with cover.

③ Once it boiled, turn the heat to medium and cook it until potato gets soft.

④ Shut off the heat and smash potato with back of spoon.

⑤ Add milk in ④ and cook it over a law heat and warm it up.

⑥ Put cube of powdered cooking stock and butter in ⑤.

⑦ Finish with sugar, salt and pepper to taste.

If you add mushroom, this potato soup will be more delicious!
If you want to add mash room, you can sauté it until it’s cooked through, with a little bit butter in a soup pod before ②.
