★ Ground beef ▶︎250g ( 0.5lb )
★ Onion ▶︎1
★ Canned Tomato ▶︎1
★ Garlic ▶︎one clove
★ Water ▶︎200cc ( 6.7 fl oz )
★ Granulated consume ▶︎1 teaspoon
★ Ketchup ▶︎5 tablespoons
★ Olive oil ▶︎1 tablespoon
★ Salt and Pepper ▶︎as needed
How to make
① Chop the Onion and Garlic into small pieces.
② Put Olive oil ( or oil ) and Garlic in pod and cook it over a low heat.
When you smell the Garlic, add ground beef and turn the heat up.
Stir-fry until the meat change to brown.
③ Add onion in ② and sauté them until Onion becomes wilted.
④ Add Canned tomato, Water, Granulated consume in ③.
If the Canned tomato is whole tomato, smash it with spoon or something in pod.
⑤ Let ④ boil once and turn the heat down. Skim off the scum that rises to the surface of the cooking water and simmer it over a low heat for 30 minutes ~ 1 hour.
⑥ Add ketchup and let it boil again.
⑦ Finish with salt and pepper to taste.
