Let’s take a look at how to make it now.

★Butter ( oil is also ok ) ▶︎1 tablespoon
★Potato ▶︎2
★Onion ▶︎1
★Carrot ▶︎1/2
★Chicken breast meet ▶︎200g ( 0.5lb )
★All-purpose Flour ▶︎2 tablespoons
★Milk ▶︎300cc ( about 10 fl oz )
★Water ▶︎200cc ( about 7 fl oz )
★Chicken flavor Bouillon cube ▶︎1
★Salt and Pepper ▶︎a little ( to taste )

How to make

① Cut all vegetables into cubes and cut chicken breast meat into bite-sized pieces.

② Put butter in pod, and put all vegetables and chicken breast meat in it.
Sauté them together until onion becomes wilted.

③ Shut off the heat and put all-purpose flour in ②, and mix flour and vegetables and meat very well.

④ When all ingredients are well mixed, add water and milk, and mix them well again.
Turn the heat on.
Add chicken flavour cube and cook it over a medium heat.

⑤ Simmer and stir ④ until thickened for 5 ~ 10 minutes.
And the turn the heat lower and cook for 10 ~ 20 minutes.

⑥ Finish with salt and pepper to taste!

In Japan, we often eat stew with rice.
If you eat this with rice, you can make the stew a little strong with chicken flavour powder or salt.

It’s good by itself but white stew with rice is my recommendation♪
