This is highly nourishing stew because of Tomato and chicken breast meat.

Tomato has Lycopene in it and when you cook Tomato, surprisingly Lycopene increase!


What is Lycopene??


Lycopene is a red pigment component of tomato.

It is a functional ingredient which has strong antioxidant power and removes “active oxygen” which causes aging and lifestyle diseases.
There is also collagen reduction suppression effect, it has been found to prevent wrinkles.

And Lycopene will help Cancer Prevention, lower the level of sugar in the blood, skin-whitening and more!




And chicken breast meat is low fat and highly nutritious meat!

Yes! Let’s make Chicken Tomato soup now!


( 3 ~ 4 servings )

★Oil or Olive oil ▶︎as needed
★Chicken breast meet ▶︎350g ( 0.8 pound )
★Mushroom ▶︎5
★Onion ▶︎1
★Garlic ▶︎1 clove
★Caned Tomato ▶︎1
★Milk ▶︎300cc ( about 10 fl oz )
★Water ▶︎100cc ( about 3.5 fl oz )
A cube of powdered cooking stock ▶︎2
★Salt and Pepper ▶︎a little ( to taste )
★Sugar ▶︎a little ( to taste )

You can use 2 same flavour stock chicken or beef.
But I recommend to mix one chicken stock and one beef stock!

How to make

① Cut Onion into thin slice and cut garlic into small.
You don’t have to chop the garlic.

② Cut Chicken into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle salt and pepper.

③ Put olive oil or oil on warm frying pan, cook chicken breast meat until lightly brown.

④ Add onions, mushroom and garlic in ③ and cook until onion is softened.

⑤ Add Canned tomato and 2 cube of powdered cooking stocks in ③ and simmer on low heat for 15 ~ 20 minutes.

⑥ Add milk and water in ④ and bring it to boil.
Taste it and adjust with salt and pepper.
If it wants a touch of sugar add it here, but not too much! 
Add it little by little♪
