We made “Beef tomato soup” for dinner today!
It was easy and delicious so we want to share this recipe with you!
The seasoning we used for this soup are only salt and sugar.


Let’s start cooking!
The ingredient is very simple!


★Beef stew meat ▶︎about 1 lb or less
★Canned tomato ( diced ) ▶︎1/2
★Onion ( small ) ▶︎2
★Potato ( small ▶︎2
★Salt about ▶︎1/2 tablespoon or more
★Sugar ▶︎1/2 teaspoon or more
★Water ▶︎about 1.5L

How to make

①Cut the beef, onion and potato into bite-size.

②Warm a pot with medium heat and pour ?oil in it, and put beef first.
Cook the beef until it change the colour to brown.

③Add onion and potato into ② and cook until the onion become soft.
And then add canned tomato when onion became soft.

④Add salt and sugar into ③, and simmer and stir for about 10 minutes.

⑤Add water into ④ and bring to boil, and simmer it again for about 20 minutes.

⑥Taste the soup.
If you think you want more sweetness, add a little more sugar. ( about 1/4 teaspoon)
If you think you want more saltiness, add a little more salt.( about 1/8 teaspoon)
Don’t add too much, add a little by little and taste the soup when you add a little of sugar or salt, and find your favourite taste!


The beef is so soft and you can taste the sweetness of onion!
