★Water ▶︎1000cc ( 34 fl oz )
★Chicken bouillon powder ▶︎5 ~ 6 tablespoons
★Egg ▶︎1
☆Water ▶︎1 tablespoon
☆Cornstarch ▶︎1 tablespoon

How to make

① Put water and chicken bouillon powder in a pod and turn the heat on, bring it to boil.

② Mix ☆ ingredients ( water and cornstarch ) well and add it to ① to thicken the soup.
Bring it to boil again and stir it well.

③ Make beaten egg in a small bowl and add it to ② little by little, while stirring ②.

④ Stir the soup some times after you put all beaten egg, and turn the heat off.
It’s all done!


This is very simple soup.
Of course, you can put some vegetables in it if you like♪

If you have Tofu, it’s also good to put!
You can cut Tofu into small pieces and add it.
