Sweet corn × Rice: corn rice

We got a lot of sweet corn from our friend! So we are going to make corn rice today.
Sweet corn is one of my favorite vegetable! I can’t wait to eat!
This is really really easy to make.
Let’s start cooking! But we have to shuck these corns first!
We have 1, 2, 3, … wow! We have 20!! We can keep some of them in a freezer.
★ Rice ▶︎2 cups
★ Water ▶︎2 cups
★ Sweet corn ▶︎1
★ Salut ▶︎1 teaspoon
How to make
① Cut a sweet corn in half and strike the corn kernel with a kitchen knife and peel from the core.
② Prepare for cooking rice and stir salt into rice. And then add corncob and kernel too.
③ Push start button and wait until the rice is ready!
Take out the core of corn before you eat.
Don’t waste corncob! Corncob gives the rice natural sweetness.
This is also good! Try this if you like.
Cook rice with just corncob.
Cook the kernel, soy sauce(1 tablespoon) and butter(1 tablespoon) in frying pan.
Mix the kernel and rice after the rice is cooked!
If you can’t eat all corn, you can keep them in freezer.
Shuck them and wrap with the plastic wrap, and then put those in ziploc.
You can microwave the frozen cron with plastic wrap when you eat!
