★ Left over mushed potatoes ▶︎as much as you have
★ Cooked rice ▶︎1/2 rice bowl ×２
★ Onion ▶︎1
★ Ground beef ▶︎100 ~ 150g
★ Ketchup ▶︎1 tablespoon
★ Salt ▶︎3/4 teaspoon
★ Sugar ▶︎1/2 teaspoon
★ Soy sauce ▶︎1/4 teaspoon
★ Cheese ▶︎about 6 tablespoons
How to make
① We have left over mushed potatoes so we start making meat sauce!
If you don’t have mushed potato, you can make it first.
You can check how to make mushed potatoes here.
Microwave the left over mushed potatoes before you use it.
② Cut the onion into small pieces and stir-fry for 5 ~ 10 minutes ( until wilted ), over low to medium heat.
③ Add ground beef to ② and stir-fry until the ground beef is well cooked.
④ Put soy sauce, salt and sugar in ③, stir-fry a little and then add ketchup.( Turn the heat low before you add ketchup )
Stir-fry for 5 minutes. You can put a little more salt or sugar if you like.
⑤ Prepare two heat-registant dishes.
Put rice ( 1/2 of rice bowl ) ▶︎ meat sauce ▶︎ mushed potatoes ▶︎ 3 tablespoon of cheese in heat-registat dish.
⑥ Put ⑤ in toaster and bake until the cheese melt.
