We made scone Raisin scone for our afternoon snack!
It’s so easy to make and delicious.
Let’s take a look at how to make it♪


( 8 small scones )

★All-pourpose flour ▶︎16 tablespoons
★Sugar ▶︎4 tablespoons
★Cornstarch ▶︎1 tablespoon
★Baking powder ▶︎1.5 teaspoon
★Egg ▶︎1
★Cold Butter ▶︎3 tablespoons
( Don’t make it warm♪)

★Raisin ▶︎as much as you want
☆Sugar ( to sprinkle on top of the scone ) ▶︎about 1 tablespoon

How to make

① Put flour, sugar, cornstarch and baking powder in a bowl, and mix them well.

② Add egg and butter to ① and mix them with your hand ( very lightly blend, over mixing is not good for scone )
And then add raisins, mix very lightly.

③ Trun the heat on and warm the frying pan with low heat.

④ Scoop the dough with a spoon and put it in the frying pan.
Cook for 10 minutes with a cover.
Take them out and place on the plate which you can use in toaster oven, sprinkle some sugar on top of the scone and bake in the toaster oven until golden brown.

It’s all done♪


If you don’t want to use toaster oven, you can cook each side on frying pan, until golden brown♪ This will be about 5 ~ 8 minutes on each side.
But I think you can enjoy the crispy feeling more, if you use the taster oven♪


It tastes good even when it gets cold.
