We got a new frying pan so we tried to make cinnamon bread with the new frying pan!
It’s deep frying pan with a cover.


We made bite-size cinnamon bread with it.
You can make homemade bread without oven!
Let’s take a look at how to make it.


★All-pourpose flour ▶︎20 tablespoons
★Sugar ▶︎2 tablespoons
★Baking powder ▶︎2 teaspoons
★Milk ▶︎100ml ( about 3.4 fl oz )
★Olive oil ▶︎2 tablespoons
☆Butter ▶︎2 tablespoons
☆Sugar ▶︎2 tablespoons
~Cinnamon sugar~
★Sugar ▶︎4 teaspoons
★Cinnamon powder ▶︎1/2 teaspoon

How to make

① Mix 4 teaspoons of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder in a small bowl and make cinnamon sugar.
And then put All-purpose flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl, and mix them well.

② Add olive oil and milk to ①, and mix them with a hand and knead it well until there is no more flour on your hand.

③ Spread some flour on chopping board and cut the dough into half, flatten into rectangle and spread 1/2 cinnamon sugar of ① on the dough, roll and cut it into bite-size.
Do the same things with another dough♪

④ Put ③ in frying pan and cook them with over low heat until both side gets brown ( 8 ~ 10 minutes for each side )

⑤ Take ④ out and put butter and sugar in frying pan, warm and mix butter and sugar, put ④ back in frying pan and fry and mix them until sugar melt a little.
It’s all done♪


Let it cool and eat!
If you want more cinnamon taste, you can add more cinnamon powder!

To take cinnamon too much is no good but it’s said 3g a day of cinnamon helps your skin healthy.
