We made a pot-au-feu before but we will make milk pot-au-feu today!

It’s almost same as pot-au-feu we made before, but this is also good♪
I like this one more!

Let’s take a look at how to make it now♪

★Frozen broccoli▶︎as much as you want
★Potato ▶︎2~3

☆Salt ▶︎a little ( to taste )

How to make

① Heat a big pot over low ~ medium heat and oil the pot.

② Put chicken drumsticks first and stir-fry them until the surface of the chicken change colour.

③ While we are cooking the chicken, peal the potato skin, cut the potato and other vegetables( except for cabbage and frozen broccoli) into half.

Cut the cabbage into bite-size.

④ Put potato, carrot and onion in the pot and stir-fry them with chicken for 10 minutes.
And then add cabbage and frozen broccoli, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes more.

⑤ Put soy sauce in ④ and stir a little.

⑥ Add water and chicken bouillon powder, and turn the heat on medium to high.
Bring it to boil.

⑦ Once it boiled, turn the heat lower and add milk. Simmer it for 30 ~ 40 minutes.

⑧ Check the taste! Adjust the taste with a little salt.

This milk pot-au-feu is very good with cheese!
If you have left over, try rice + cheese + milk pot-au-feu!
It becomes like milk stew and it’s really good♪
