★Chicken leg ▶︎2
★Potato ▶︎2~3
★Baby carrot ▶︎5~8
★Cabbage ▶︎3~4leaves
★Onion ▶︎1
★Olive oil ▶︎1 tablespoon
☆Soy sauce ▶︎1 tablespoon
☆Water ▶︎about 1.5L ( 50 fl oz )
☆Chicken bouillon powder ▶︎1 tablespoon
☆Salt ▶︎a little ( to taste )

How to make

① Put a big pot on medium to low heat and oil to the pot.

② Cook the chicken first.

③ While we are cooking the chicken, let’s cut the vegetables.
Peal the potato skin, cut the cabbage into bite-size, and cut other vegetables into half.

④ When the surface of the chicken cooked to lightly brown, put potato, carrot and onion in it.
Cook them together for a little while. ( about 10 minutes )

⑤ Add cabbage and cook them for about 5 minutes. And then add say sauce and stir them for 1 minute.

⑥ Add water and chicken bouillon. Cook them on medium to high heat and bring it to boil.

⑦ Once it boiled, turn the heat on low and simmer it for 30 ~ 40 minutes.

⑧ Check the taste! Add a little salt if it needs more taste.


If you cook it more, the chicken will become very soft and it’s easy to break up the meat into pieces.
