~ Meat ball ~
★☆Ground beef ▶︎200g
★☆Salt ▶︎1/4 teaspoon
★☆Pepper ▶︎1/4 teaspoon or less
~ tomato sauce ~
★Oil ▶︎as needed ( to fry )
★Any minced vegetables ▶︎3 tablespoons
( We used green onion and celery )
★Canned tomato ▶︎3 tablespoons
★Canned chilli beans ▶︎3 tablespoons
★Ketchup ▶︎1 tablespoon
★Soy sauce ▶︎1 teaspoon
★Chicken bouillon powder ▶︎1 teaspoon
★Sugar ▶︎1 teaspoon
★Salt ▶︎1/4 teaspoon
★Water ▶︎200cc ( about 7 fl oz )
How to make
① Put ground beef, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix them very well until stick.
Make some balls with your hands.
② Put some oil in a pod and stir-fry minced vegetables with over medium heat until the vegetables are well cooked.
③ Add ketchup and soy sauce to ② and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
And then add canned tomato and chilli beans, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
④ Add water, chicken bouillon, sugar and salt to ③, and bring it to boll.
⑤ Turn the heat to low and put meat balls in ④ and simmer for 20 ~ 30 minutes.
⑥ When the water decrease, soup gets thick a little and the meat is cooked through, it’s all done♪
About not using pork
We introduce recipes without Pork.
But we know pork is good for you!
It’s just not our favourite.
So you can try our recipes with pork or sausage, instead of beef or chicken♪
