★All-purpose flour ▶︎200g
★Hot water ▶︎100cc ( about 3.5 fl oz )
☆Corn starch ▶︎as needed
~ filling ~
★Ground beef ▶︎150g
★Garlic ▶︎1 glove
★Chicken bouillon powder ▶︎1teaspoon
★Water ▶︎2 teaspoons
★Corn starch ▶︎1 tablespoon
★Soy sauce ▶︎2 teaspoons
★Mayonnaise ▶︎2 teaspoons
★Salt and Pepper ▶︎1/4 teaspoon each
~ to fry ~
★Oil ▶︎as needed
★Water ▶︎100cc ( about 3.5 fl oz )
How to make
Make hot water in a microwave, and mix all-purpose flour and hot water in a bowl.
Mix with folk until the hot water gets cold.
② Mix ① with your hand, and make it together and knead until it smooth.
③ Wrap ② in plastic and rest it for 30 minutes in room temperature.
Mince the onion and garlic.
Mix all filling ingredients with spoon until it’s sticky.
⑤ Go back to skin
Cover the dough with cornstarch and make the dough into long stick form.
And then cut it to 20 pieces.
If you want to make big potstickers, you can cut it to about 15 pieces.
⑥ Use your hand and rolling pin ( or plastic wrap ), and make very thin round sheets with ⑤.
⑦ Put some filling on one of the skin and fold and pinch, like pictures bellow.
⑧ Oil the frying pan and place the potstickers in it.
Add water slowly and then turn the heat on ( high heat ) and put a cover.
Fry until water dry a little ( for 3 ~ 5 minutes )
⑨ Fry until water dry completely and then pour the oil ( about 1 tablespoon ) again, and fry for 1 ~ 2 minutes until the bottom side become golden brown.
Place the potstickers in a plate and it’s all done♪
