★All-purpose flour ▶︎10 tablespoons
★Water ▶︎6 tablespoons
★Salt ▶︎1/2 teaspoon
★☆Water ▶︎2L ( to boil the noodle )
~ soup ~
☆Water ▶︎800cc ( 27 fl oz )
☆Chicken bouillon powder ▶︎2 tablespoons
☆Ground beef ▶︎30 ~ 50g
☆Baby carrot ▶︎5
☆Garlic ▶︎1 clove
☆Leek ▶︎1 piece
☆Milk ▶︎400cc ( about 13.5 fl oz )
☆Pepper ▶︎1/4 teaspoon
☆sugar ▶︎1/4 teaspoon
☆Corn starch and Water ▶︎2 tablespoons each ( mix them well )
How to make
① Let’s make noodle first♪
② Knead the dough until it’s smooth.
If the dough is dry and it’s hard to make it together, you can add a little ( 1 ~ 2 tablespoons ) water.
③ Once ② gets smooth, wrap it in plastic and rest it for over 15 minutes.
You can make soup at this time!
④ Put some flour on chopping board and divide ③ into two.
And then roll the dough into thin square.
It doesn’t need to be perfect square♪
⑥ Bring 2L of water boil and boil the noodle for 10 ~ 13 minutes.
Wash the noodle to remove the sliminess with cold water and drain water well.
Put it in a bowl
⑦ Now, how to make the soup♪
Cut baby carrots, onion and leek into thin and mince the garlic.
⑧ Trun the heat on ( medium ) and oil a pod and fry the garlic until you smell it.
And then add ground beef, cook them until the meat colour change to brown.
⑨ Add all vegetables to ⑧ and stir-fry until vegetables are well cooked.
⑩ Add water and chicken bouillon powder and bring it to boil.
⑪ Add milk and bring it to boil again.
⑫ Add sugar and pepper, and then add mixed water and cornstarch, stir until thick.
⑬ Check the taste.
You can adjust the taste with more sugar or a little salt if you like!
⑭ Put the soup in a noodle bowl and it’s all done♪
