We tried to make homemade Sausage with ground beef today!
We can make sausage without casing♪


If you have plastic warp and ground beef at home, try this recipe.
It’s so easy♪


★Ground beef ▶︎150g
We used 90% lean, 10% fat ground beef for this recipe

★Cilantro ▶︎as much as you want ( if you have )
★Salt ▶︎about 1/5 teaspoon or less
★Pepper ▶︎1/4 teaspoon or less
★Oil ▶︎as needed ( to fry )
☆Plastic warp ▶︎as needed ( to wrap ground beef )

How to make

① Chop the cilantro.

Celery or parsley will be good too!
If you don’t have them, you can try to make without them.

② Mix ground beef, salt, pepper and ① very well until it gets sticky.

③ Divide ② into three and toss each patty from one hand to the other hand repeatedly.
And then make sausage form briefly with your hand.

④ Wrap ③ in plastic.

Squeeze a little and make two small holes somewhere.

⑤ Put ④ on heat-registant dish, and warm them up in microwave for 1 ~ 2 minutes.

⑥ Trun the heat on and warm frying pan, fry ⑤ on medium heat until the meat is cooked through and turns brown.


It’s all done♪

It’s very easy, isn’t it?
You can make homemade sausage in 10 minutes!


Of course, it’s different from sausages on the market!
But a good part of homemade is that you know what’s in it.
( The sausages on the market are said it contains some chemical substance )

So I think it’s good to make homemade sausage once in a while, even if to make it is a little hassle
