Let’s make Teriyaki Chicken with Mayonnaise sauce today!

Yuu and I call this dish Teriyaki chicken mayo♪


Teriyaki is one of the most popular dish in Japan♪
And this Teriyaki Chicken Mayo is one of my most favourite dish♪

I like eating this teriyaki chicken mayo with rice♪


It’s easy to make.
Let’s take a look at how to make it!


★ Chicken breast meat ▶︎about 300g
★☆ Soy sauce ▶︎2 tablespoons
★☆ Sugar ▶︎2 teaspoons
★☆ Garlic ▶︎1 clove
★ Corn starch ▶︎2 tablespoons
★ Mayonnaise ▶︎3 tablespoons

How to make

① Cut the chicken breast meat into bite-size, and chop the garlic into fine pieces.

② Put ① in plastic container and then add ★☆ ingredients ( soy sauce, sugar ).
Mix them and marinate for over 20 minutes.


We marinated it for 3 hours.

③ Place the chicken of ② in frying pan, and then put corn starch and mayonnaise.
Mix everything in frying pan.


You don’t need to oil!
And don’t turn on the heat until you mix them well♪

④ Trun the heat on and cook ③ with over medium heat, with a cover for about 8 minutes
If chicken is golden brown, turn over them and stir fry the other side for another 8 minutes, with a cover.

⑤ Place ④ on plate and it’s all done♪


We put this teriyaki chicken mayo on freshly cooked rice!


It’s good without any spice, but you can season with something like curry powder, chilli powder or pepper before you dish up, if you like!

The chicken is soft and the flavor is just right with spice or without spice!
