We have subtle amounts of leftover rice!

How much do we have?

I guess it’s about one bowl ( about 150g ).

That’s good♪
Let’s make white stew with the leftover rice then!

We can make our stew creamy without flour, and it’s more easier than using flour!

Sounds good!
Let’s start cooking♪

If you have more rice, you can put all.
The more you put, the more it thicker, so adjust with milk or water as you like.

① Slice the onion, cut other vegetables and mushrooms into the size easy to eat.
And mince the garlic.

② Put oil or butter in a pod and stir fry ① over medium heat, until the vegetables are well cooked.

③ Add water ▶︎ rice ▶︎ bouillon cubes to ② and simmer for 20 ~ 30 minutes, until thick.

④ Add milk to ③ and simmer it more until thick.

⑤ Put salt and pepper in ④ and check the taste.

If you want taste, add more salt or pepper!

Put the stew on a dish, put cheese on top and it’s all done♪

When the stew gets cold, it will be more thicker like picture.
So please adjust with some milk or water as you like.

It’s easy to burn so stir well when you rewarm.

Don’t forget to taste it if you put more milk or water♪
Add some salt if the taste become a little flat!
