Lets’s make rusk!
We will tell you two types of rusk recipe today♪


We introduced other rusk recipe before.
And it was very simple rusk.

The rusks we are making today are still easy but it will take a little time.
But I’m sure once you start eating you won’t be able to quite eating!

Let’s start cooking♪

Ingredients for sugar milk rusk

☆Bread ▶︎2 slices
★Sugar ▶︎3 tablespoons
★Milk ▶︎1 tablespoon
★Olive oil ▶︎1 tablespoon

How to make

① Cut the bread into bite-size, and place them on paper towel.
Use the heat-resistant dish.


② Microwave ① for 60 seconds.
Take it out and turn the bread over, and microwave it for 60 seconds again.

Check if the bread dry and get crisp well.
If not, try microwave it for 20 ~ 30 seconds more.

③ Mix ★☆ ingredients ( sugar, milk, olive oil ) and simmer it on low heat in frying pan, until you see the small bubbles.


Be careful not to burn!

④ Place the bread in ③ and mix them thoroughly.
Serve and once cooled, ready to eat♪

Ingredients for chocolate sugar rusk

☆ Bread ▶︎2 slices
★Chocolate chips ▶︎2 tablespoons
★Sugar ▶︎1 tablespoon
★Milk ▶︎1 tablespoon
★☆Olive oil ▶︎1 tablespoon

How to make

① and ② is same as how to make Milk Sugar Rsuk.

③ Put ★ ingredients ( chocolate chips, sugar, milk ) in a microwavable small bowl and microwave it for 30 seconds ( until chocolate chips melt )

④ Add olive oil in ③ and mix them well.

⑤ Simmer ④ on low heat until you see small bubbles and put bread in it, mix them thoroughly.
Serve and once cooled, it’s ready to eat♪


You can put Rusk in freezer for a little while, to make it cool faster if you can’t wait to eat!

Both Rusks are crispy and crunchy, and really delicious!
I like homemade rusk more than Baker’s one♪
