Today’s recipe is Lettuce Fried Rice!
We had left over rice so we made this


This fired rice has lots of flavour and really delicious!
I like lettuce salad, but I also like this lettuce fried rice!


This recipe would be good, when you get tired of lettuce salad like me!
Let’s take a look at how to make it now!


Cooked rice ▶︎about 300g ( 10.5 oz )
Sausage or ground beef ▶︎1 ( sausage ) / 1 tablespoon ( ground beef )
Egg ▶︎ 1
Lettuce ▶︎2 leaves
Baby carrot ▶︎5
Salt ▶︎to taste ( about 1/3 ~ 1/4 teaspoon )
Pepper ▶︎to taste ( about 1/3 teaspoon )
Chicken soup powder ▶︎1 tablespoon
Mayonnaise ▶︎1 tablespoon
Soy sauce ▶︎1 teaspoon
Oil▶︎as needed ( to fry )

How to make

① Cut baby carrots and sausage small ( I used ground beef ), and tear lettuce like the picture below.

Don’t forget to wash the lettuce well!

② Put oil, sausage ( or ground beef ) and baby carrots in frying pan, and cook them over medium heat until they are well cooked.

③ Add egg in ② and mix them.

  You don’t have to fry egg well here.

④ Add rice in ③, and put chicken soup powder, salt and pepper. Mix them very well.

⑤ Make the fried rice flat with spoon and put mayonnaise on it and pour soy sauce evenly, mix them very well.

⑥ Add lettuce in ⑤ and stir-fry a little.

You can make this fried rice without baby carrots. It’s still good without carrots, and you can make it in a short time without carrots!

Serve in a plate, and It’s all done♪
