Let’s make Jam!


But we only have 4 largish strawberries.
Isn’t it too little to make jam, is it?


It’s enough!

I have always liked to make small amount of jam.
Because I want my jam always fresh!
Moreover, we can shorten the time to make it if it is small amount♪

It doesn’t last for a long time like the jam on the market, but you can adjust the sweetness,
and we can cut to a bare minimum of food additives!

We only need 2 ingredients for this jam recipe!
And it’s really really delicious and smells so sweet♪


I can’t wait to try it!

We have leftover bread in the freezer!

★Largish Strawberry ▶︎4
★Sugar ▶︎2 tablespoons

How to make

① Wash strawberries very well and drain off the water, cut strawberries small.

② Put strawberries and sugar in a pot and simmer it until strawberries and sugar melt.
Don’t for get to stir sometimes, and don’t put any water♪



③ Put ② in clean plastic container.
It will be thickened when it’s cold!

It’s all done!


Homemade strawberry jam has rich flavour, and it has a bright red colour!

We used largish strawberries today, but you can use smallish ones, and even if the strawberries are not so sweet, you can still make delicious jam with them!


It smells really good!!
