★Boiled egg ▶︎1
★Water ▶︎1 teaspoon
★Salt and Pepper ▶︎a little ( to taste )
★Mayonnaise ▶︎2 tablespoons
★Frozen mixed vegetable ▶︎about 3 tablespoons
★Cheese ▶︎as much as you want ( we use 4 tablespoons )[/char]
How to make
① Cut the boiled egg into small, and warm frozen mixed vegetable up in microwave.
② Peal the potato skin and cut it into bite-size.
③ Soak ② in water for about 5 ~ 10 seconds, and put them in plastic container with 1 teaspoon of water, cover it with plastic wrap.
( But I used the cover of the plastic container instead of plastic wrap )
④ Heat ③ up in a microwave for 3 ~ 5 minutes.
( until the potato is well cooked and become soft, the time might change depends on microwave )
⑤ Season ④ with salt and pepper, and add mixed vegetable, boiled egg, mayonnaise and cheese, and mix them.
Check the taste and if you need more taste, add a little more salt and pepper and adjust the taste♪
