Which do you prefer, thin pancake or thick pancake?

But when i make pancake, it always become thin..
How can we make thick one?


You can make it in skillet or you can make a mold with cooking sheet to make thick pancake.
But we are going to try other way today.
Because we don’t have skillet and we are out of cooking sheet now♪


In other way..?
I can’t think of anything!

The pancake we are making is sweet a little without sirup or honey, so I like eating this pancake without them.
But of course you can put butter, honey or sirup if you like!

Let’s take a look how to make it now!


★Self-riding flour ▶︎10 tablespoons ( about 100g )
★Sugar ▶︎3 tablespoons
★Egg ▶︎1
★Milk ▶︎100cc ( 6 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons )
☆Pastry bag or Ziploc bag ▶︎1

How to make

① Put egg, sugar and milk in a bowl, and mix them with whisk or spoon.


② Add self-rising flour in ① and mix them again.


③ Put ② in pastry bag or if you don’t have a pastry bag, you can use ziploc bag!
If you use ziplop bag, Cut it off a little like picture below.


④ Warm the oil in frying pan over medium heat.
Wipe the oil away with kitchen paper and spread it thinly.

⑤ Squeeze ③ on frying pan like drawing a circle, start from inside.
You can make your own size.

We made a little small pancake.

⑥ When you see the bubble on pancake, turn it over and fry it until lightly brown.


It’s all done!


The secret for the thick pancake was pastry bag or Ziploc bag!


It’s so easy, right?
