Let’s make Pita bread today!
But we don’t have a oven at home now, so we are going to make it in frying-pan♪

We have to cook it a little bit at a time so it takes time and effort to make it without oven,
but as a result, I think I can feel more tasteful and happy when I made it!

It’s something like that, right?

Of course the dish using oven is very good!
But what we want to say is “It’s the thought that counts!”


Now, let’s start cooking!

If you have Self-rizing flour at home, you can make this delicious pita bread with only 4 ingredients!


★Self-rising flour ▶︎100g ( about 11 tablespoons )
★Sugar ▶︎1 tablespoon
★Tepid water ▶︎70ml ( 2.3oz )
( You can make tepid water to heat it in a microwave for about 15 seconds )

★Olive oil ▶︎about 1/2 tablespoon
( look at the picture of ⑤ )

How to make

① Put self-rising flour in a bowl, and add tepid water, and then mix them with spoon until it comes together.







② Knead ① with your hands for a little while. ( about 5 ~ 10 minutes ).








③ Divide ② into 3 pieces, and form them into balls using both of your hands.








④ Wet kitchen paper and squeeze it, and then put it on ③, and rest them for 15 minutes.








⑤ Press the dough with your hands and put a little bit oil in the middle, and wrap the oil with the dough


⑥ Put some flour ( self-rising flour is ok ) on the chopping board and put dough on it, and make flat thin round with a rolling pin or wrap.


⑦ Turn the heat on and make frying pan warm, put ⑥ on it and fry without oil over medium heat until the dough rises, and turn it over and fry the other side for 2 ~ 3 minutes.








⑧ Cut ⑦ into half before it gets cold and separate the middle.
If it’s stick you can cut it with a knife a little.








It’s all done!

We put chilli we made and cheese in it! This goes well with this pita-bread!!
