★Self-rising flour ▶︎100g ( about 11 tablespoons )
★Sugar ▶︎1 tablespoon
★Tepid water ▶︎70ml ( 2.3oz )
( You can make tepid water to heat it in a microwave for about 15 seconds )
★Olive oil ▶︎about 1/2 tablespoon

How to make
① Put self-rising flour in a bowl, and add tepid water, and then mix them with spoon until it comes together.
② Knead ① with your hands for a little while. ( about 5 ~ 10 minutes ).
③ Divide ② into 3 pieces, and form them into balls using both of your hands.
④ Wet kitchen paper and squeeze it, and then put it on ③, and rest them for 15 minutes.
⑤ Press the dough with your hands and put a little bit oil in the middle, and wrap the oil with the dough
⑥ Put some flour ( self-rising flour is ok ) on the chopping board and put dough on it, and make flat thin round with a rolling pin or wrap.
⑦ Turn the heat on and make frying pan warm, put ⑥ on it and fry without oil over medium heat until the dough rises, and turn it over and fry the other side for 2 ~ 3 minutes.
⑧ Cut ⑦ into half before it gets cold and separate the middle.
If it’s stick you can cut it with a knife a little.
It’s all done!
We put chilli we made and cheese in it! This goes well with this pita-bread!!
