★Chicken breast meat ▶︎600g ( 1.3 pound )
★Corn starch ▶︎about 7 tablespoons
★Oil ▶︎as needed ( to fry, read ⑤ )
★Milk ▶︎2 tablespoons
★☆Salt ▶︎1 teaspoon
★☆Sugar ▶︎1 teaspoon
★☆Mayonnaise ▶︎1 tablespoon
★☆Chopped garlic ▶︎for 1 clove of garlic
★☆Pepper ▶︎a little ( to taste )
How to make
① At first, cut the chicken breast meat into bite-size and put them in milk for over 30 minutes.
② Put ★☆ ingredients ( salt, sugar, mayonnaise, chopped garlic, pepper ) in a bowl and mix them.
③ Mix ② with chicken of ①, and wait for 10 minutes.
( If you have time, wait more to macerate more )
④ Put corn starch in ③ and mix, wait for 1 ~ 2 minutes.
⑤ Put oil in frying pan, 1cm from the bottom of the pan, place the chicken and turn the heat on.
Cook it over medium heat, until bottom side golden brown.
⑥ Trun over the chicken and fry them until the other sides golden brown.
Drain off the excess oil with paper towel.
