I want to eat Potstickers!
But it seems difficult to make..

It takes time to make so you might feel it’s difficult, but we can make it!

Let’s make potsticker’s skin first♪


Japanese like eating Potstickers.
But most people buy it or eat at Ramen house.

The taste is different depending on the store and their Potstickers are delicious, of course!

But you can make it at home and I think homemade one is more delicious!
And, one of the good things to make homemade potstickers is that you can arrange and make it with your own recipe♪

At first, you might feel it’s a little difficult, but once you master how to make it, you will enjoy making Potstickers!

Now, let’s start cooking♪


( for 15 skins )

★☆All purpose flour ▶︎15 tablespoons
★Salt ▶︎2 pinches of salt
★Hot water ▶︎80cc ( 2.7oz )
★Corn starch ▶︎1/2 teaspoon[/char]

How to make

① Put all-purpose flour in a bowl.
And then mix hot water and salt.
Put them in the bowl and mix with all-purpose flour with a spoon.

② When ① gets cool enough to touch, knead it with your hands for 5 ~ 10 minutes.
The dough will become smooth.

Make a big ball shape like picture below.

③ Shape ② into stick form and then cut it into 15 equal parts, and make ball shape.

④ Cover ③ with corn starch and rest it in plastic container at room temperature for 30 minutes.

⑤ Sprinkle flour on cutting board.

⑥ Press ④ and shape it into flat round form with palm, and then make it thin with a rolling pin or wrap tube.
Make very very thin round shape!
