★Ground beef ▶︎100g
★Chopped Cabbage ▶︎2 leaves
★Chopped onion ▶︎1/2
★☆Grated garlic ▶︎1/2 teaspoon
★☆Grated ginger ▶︎1/2 teaspoon
★☆Powdered chicken soup stock ▶︎1/2 teaspoon
★☆Soy sauce ▶︎1 teaspoon
★☆Mayonnaise ▶︎2 tablespoon
★☆Salt ▶︎a little
( to taste : about 1/3 teaspoon )
☆Water ▶︎150 cc ( 10 tablespoons )
☆Sesame oil ▶︎1/2 tablespoon[/char]
How to make
① Mix ground beef and ★☆ ingredients ( grated garlic, grated ginger, powdered chicken soup stock, soy sauce, mayonnaise, salt ).
Mix them very well.
② Put chopped cabbage and onion in ① and mix them well again.
③ Put ② on the middle of potstickers skin, put a little bit water on the edge of skin with one finger, fold the skin in half, and put the edge together.
④ Put oil in a frying pan and then place ③ in it.
Turn the heat on ( over high heat ) and fry the potstickers until the bottom side golden brown.
⑤ Put 150 cc of water and fry for 5 ~ 8 minutes with a cover.
⑥ Remove the cover and the water inside of the frying pan dry, pour sesame oil evenly.
⑦ Place Gyoza on the plate, and it’s all done!
