By the way, have you tried potstickers?
We call it GYOZA in Japan.
It’s popular and often provided with Ramen needle in Japan.


In Gyoza, there are plenty of delicious ingredients!

It consists of minced meat and finely-chopped vegetables wrapped in thin flour dough.
Depending on the recipe, it is either boiled, steamed or pan-fried.


We will introduce the pan-fried one this time!
It’s crispy and so delicious♪

Let’s start cooking!


Potstickers skins ▶︎15

★Ground beef ▶︎100g
★Chopped Cabbage ▶︎2 leaves
★Chopped onion ▶︎1/2
★☆Grated garlic ▶︎1/2 teaspoon
★☆Grated ginger ▶︎1/2 teaspoon
★☆Powdered chicken soup stock ▶︎1/2 teaspoon
★☆Soy sauce ▶︎1 teaspoon
★☆Mayonnaise ▶︎2 tablespoon
★☆Salt ▶︎a little
( to taste : about 1/3 teaspoon )

☆Water ▶︎150 cc ( 10 tablespoons )
☆Sesame oil ▶︎1/2 tablespoon[/char]

How to make

① Mix ground beef and ★☆ ingredients ( grated garlic, grated ginger, powdered chicken soup stock, soy sauce, mayonnaise, salt ).
Mix them very well.

② Put chopped cabbage and onion in ① and mix them well again.

③ Put ② on the middle of potstickers skin, put a little bit water on the edge of skin with one finger, fold the skin in half, and put the edge together.

④ Put oil in a frying pan and then place ③ in it.
Turn the heat on ( over high heat ) and fry the potstickers until the bottom side golden brown.

⑤ Put 150 cc of water and fry for 5 ~ 8 minutes with a cover.

⑥ Remove the cover and the water inside of the frying pan dry, pour sesame oil evenly.

⑦ Place Gyoza on the plate, and it’s all done!
