Let’s try to make creamy White stew in a frying pan today!


We don’t use any meat for this white stew.
Usually, we put chicken in white stew because stew is good with chicken♪

But you can still make delicious white stew without meat.

When you are out of meat or when you don’t feel like eating any meat, try this recipe♪


We use frying pan for this white stew so it can be made in less time than usual!

★Onion ▶︎1/2
★Baby carrots ▶︎about 10
★Potatoes ▶︎2
★Garlic ▶︎one glove
★Milk ▶︎300cc ( about 10 fl oz )
★Chicken bouillon cube ▶︎2
★Salt ▶︎to taste ( about 1/3 teaspoon or less )
★Pepper ▶︎to taste ( about 1/4 teaspoon or less )
★Sugar ▶︎to taste ( about 1/3 teaspoon or less )
★Olive oil ▶︎2 tablespoons
★☆Milk ( again ) ▶︎100cc or more ( about 3.5 fl oz or more )
Add this milk to adjust the taste of stew

How to make

① Slice the onion, cut baby carrots and potatoes into bite-size pieces. And chop the garlic into small pieces.

② Put olive oil and ① in frying pan and cook them with over medium heat, until vegetables are well cooked.

③ Turn the heat off and add all-purpose flour in ②, and mix vegetables and flour very well.

③ Turn the heat on and add 300cc of milk ( add little by little while stirring ) and chicken bouillon cubes, salt, pepper and sugar, and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.

④ Add more milk ( 100cc ) while tasting it.
If the taste is too strong, you can add more milk or water.

⑤ Bring it to boil on low heat, it’s all done


We make this white stew a little strong because we eat this with rice.

But if you eat this without rice, you can adjust the taste with more milk or water, as you like♪
