★Largish Potato ▶︎3
★Potato starch or corn starch ▶︎3 tablespoons
★Oil ▶︎as needed ( to fry )
★Salt ▶︎a little to taste ( about 1/5 teaspoon )
★☆Soy sauce ▶︎3 tablespoons
★☆Sugar ▶︎3 tablespoons
★☆Mayonnaise ▶︎1 and 1/2 tablespoons
★☆Ketchup ▶︎1 teaspoon
How to make
① Cut potato into 1cm cubes and put them in a bowl.
② Put potato starch or corn starch in ① and mix them.
③ Put the oven on medium and heat the frying pan, and when the frying pan gets hot enough, put the oil and fry the potatoes until golden blown.
④ Season ③ with a little salt ( about 1/5 teaspoon ).
⑤ Mix ★☆ ingredients ( shoyu, sugar, mayonnaise, ketchup ) in a small bowl.
⑥ Trun the heat off and pour the sauce of ⑤ over the potatoes and mix them well.
