★Chicken legs quarters ▶︎1
★Garlic ▶︎one glove
★Salt ▶︎1/3 teaspoon and more if you like
★Pepper ▶︎a little to taste ( about 1/3 teaspoon )
★Olive oil ▶︎as needed to fry
How to make
① Make several deep slash in chicken on the other side of skin, to make the chicken thin and flat, and cut between meat and skin a little. ( Don’t cut off the skin )
② Chop the garlic into small pieces.
③ Season the chicken leg quarters with salt and pepper.
④ Put 1/2 chopped garlic between meat and skin you cut, and rub the rest of garlic on the other side.
⑤ Put olive oil in frying pan and turn the heat on.
⑥ Cook the chicken, the skin-side down.
⑦ Put a flat heat-resistant dish on the chicken and press it.
※You can put something heavy on the plate instead of pressing.
※This helps the chicken cook faster and evenly.
⑦ Fry the chicken with a flat heat-resistant dish for 15 ~ 20 minutes. ( until the skin becomes golden brown. )
You can make salad or something while you are frying!
⑧ Remove the flat heat-reistant dish ( be careful! It’s hot ) and fry ⑦ more with a cover, until chicken is cooked through.
It’s all done!
