★☆Baking powder ▶︎2 tablespoons
★☆Corn starch ▶︎1 tablespoon
★☆All-purpose flour ▶︎160g
★Milk ▶︎4oz ( 120cc )
★Sugar ( again ) ▶︎2 tablespoons
★Butter ▶︎3 tablespoons
~ syrup ~
☆Sugar ▶︎▶︎ 100g ( about 6 tablespoons )
☆Water ▶︎▶︎ 50ml ( about 1.5 fl oz )
☆★Water ( again ) ▶︎▶︎ 50ml ( about 1.5 fl oz )
How to make
① Put sugar ▶︎ salt ▶︎ baking powder ▶︎ cornstarch ▶︎ all-purpose flour in bowl and mix them well with whisk.
② Put egg, milk and sugar in other bowl and mix them well.
③ Put ② in ① and stir.
④ Put the oven on medium and heat the frying pan, and when the frying pan gets hot enough, put ③ in it, make pancake shape and cook both side until the pancake golden brown.
⑤ Let’s make syrup♪
Put sugar and 50cc water in a pot, and put it over the fire.
Do not stir!
⑥ Make the hot water with the another 50cc water ( make it boil ).
⑦ The colour of ⑤ will change to brown.
When the colour change, put 50cc hot water in a pot.
The water splash so please be careful.
Move the pot in circle instead of stirring.
⑧ Bring ⑦ to boil and it’s all done♪
