Let’s take a look at how to make delicious ROLL HAKUSAI with Cream soup!


( 3 ~ 4 servings )

★Bread ▶︎one slice
★Milk ▶︎1 tablespoon
★☆Ground beef ▶︎500g
★☆Salt ▶︎1 teaspoon
★☆Pepper ▶︎a little ( about 1/4 teaspoon )
★☆Egg ▶︎2
★☆Chopped Onion ▶︎1
★Chinese cabbage ▶︎8 ~ 10 leaves
◎Water ▶︎200cc ( about 7 fl oz )
◎Stock cube / chicken soup cube ▶︎1
★Milk again ▶︎200cc ( about 7 fl oz )
★Butter ▶︎1 tablespoon
○Water ▶︎1 tablespoon
○Potato starch or Corn starch ▶︎1 tablespoon

How to make

① Boil Chinese cabbage in salt water for 20 ~ 30 seconds.
( If you use 2L of water, put 2 teaspoons salt ) 

And then slice off the hard part.

② Tear the bread into small pieces in a bowl and put 1 tablespoon of milk on bread, and mix them well.

Add all ★☆ ingredients (Ground beef, salt, pepper, eggs, chopped onion ) in the bowl and mix them very well again.

③ Divide ② equally into 8 ~ 10 segments.

④ Wrap the meat of ③ with Chinese cabbage.

Spread the Chinese cabbage, the white part faces to you and put one of ③ on white part of Chinese cabbage.
Roll it a little and then fold the both end, roll it again.

⑤ Place ④ all over the pod, face down the end of rolled and add ◎ ingredients ( 200cc of water, stock cube/chicken soup cube ) and boil it for 20 minutes.

⑥ Add ★ ingredients ( 200cc of milk and 1 tablespoon of butter ) in ⑤ and gently simmer.

⑦ Mix ○ ingredients ( 1 tablespoon of water, 1 tablespoon of potato starch or corn starch ) in small cup, and put it in ⑥ and stir.

⑧ Don’t forget to taste it♪

Adjust the taste of soup with salt and pepper and it’s all done!
