★Bread ▶︎2 slices
★Butter ▶︎1 tablespoon
★Sugar ▶︎2 tablespoons
★All purpose flour ▶︎2 tablespoons

How to make

① Warm the butter in microwave and make it melt.

② Add sugar in ①, and mix them well.

③ Add all-purpose flour in ② and mix them well.

④ Spread ③ on bread and make latticed pattern on it with knife.

⑤ Toast ④ in toaster until lightly brown.

It’s all done!


It’s very easy, isn’t it?!

In Japan, we also have chocolate chip melon-pan.

You can put chocolate chip on the bread before you toast it.
It’s also delicious!
